We are committed to increasing awareness of mental health issues in the workplace. Our training course & a handy staff app help to ensure the team is conscientious & well-prepared for instances that can come up on the job.

At Stambridge Group, we have always been keen advocates of the internationally known ‘Women’s Day’, whilst consciously encouraging & supporting females within our industries.
In 2022, International Women’s Day focused on a new campaign; ‘Break the Bias’. But what does this really mean?
In order to actually begin breaking the bias, it is suggested that we focus on helping to create a gender-equal world without stereotypes & discrimination. The aim is to establish diversity & inclusivity for all women, both in & out of the workplace.
Discrimination/stereotyping is both a conscious & unconscious movement that is adopted by many, with certain job roles directed towards women & others discouraged.
Stambridge Group are in a perfect position to highlight how certain roles are sometimes used as a form of discrimination & how adopting a fair & inclusive mentality helps break the bias.
Our Facilities Management & Event Security divisions see roles vary from professional Cleaning, Pest Control, Security, Maintenance, Window Cleaning & Gardening, to name but a few.
Now, if we asked you to define one of those roles as being suitable for women, would you? Or is there no decision to make– are they all suitable?
Let us help you with that question…
They are all suited & encouraged by Stambridge Group for men & women alike!
We are extremely proud to not only encourage female colleagues in each of the various roles of our industry, but we also ensure:
Equal rates of pay
Full schedule of training
Safe & considerate working environments
Inclusive opportunities for progression & development
Avenues of support & an open platform to express opinions & views
As we move forward into a brand-new era for Stambridge Group with company expansion & new office premises on the horizon, we are committed to providing a fully inclusive working environment for women.
Our plan is to increase our female workforce by 20% in the next 6 months, as we continue to offer incentives, promote equality & encourage diversity across all industries.
